Why Jiu-Jitus?

Why jiu-jitsu?

You will hear many great reasons why to participate in Jiu-Jitsu. We find it’s best for you to discover your own personal reasons why you will practice Jiu-Jitsu.

You can start your first lesson off the mat. The lesson is Trusting others.

Trust your friends who practice Jiu-Jitsu and get on the mat with them. Most Academy’s offer free orientations.

Do your research asking Jiu-Jitsu friends to share with you the benefits they get from practicing this mind, body, and soul sport. The documentary featured below “Jiu-Jitsu vs The World” offers authentic testimonials from Jiu-Jitsu practitioners around the world.

For me personally, I love the continued transformations my mind, body, and soul achieved. These benefits transcend into my family, friendships, and business. All areas of my life continue to evolve as I practice Jiu-Jitsu. It’s also nice to confirm I lost 50 pounds in 2019 practicing Jiu-Jitsu.
