For me personally, I love the continued transformations my mind, body, and soul achieved. These benefits transcend into my family, friendships, and business. All areas of my life continue to evolve as I practice Jiu-Jitsu. It’s also nice to confirm I lost 50 pounds in 2019 practicing Jiu-Jitsu.
